You can purchase blocks of hours in advance or sign up for an IT service contract. Depending on your consumption, you may opt to combine a contract with blocks of hours. Both will offer discounted pricing over pay-as-you-go hourly rates. Customers with IT service contracts requiring emergency or critical service  are always given priority over  block-hour or hourly consumers.

Hourly IT Service Rates:
Tier 1- $95.00/hr per technician
    Workstation level:
    Operating System, Hardware, Workgroups & Peer-to-Peer Networking and Printers
Tier 2 - $145.00/hr per technician
    Server & Router level:
    Domain, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Networks and Routers
Tier 3 - $195.00/hr per engineer
    Advanced level:
    Engineer level Server and Routing
