- Client is required to give written requirements and goals of project prior to commencement.
- Changes to requirements and goals must be in writing and may effect deadlines and costs.
- Client is required to test application in a timely manner for bug submittal and/or approval of completion.
- New applications require a deposit in advance and payments are scheduled at fixed intervals or upon completion of development phases.
- Custom Programming is paid in advance in 10 or 40 hour blocks (retainers)
